FAQ

1. Cannot start browser instance

  • Check whether host resources (CPU/memory) are sufficient.
  • Check whether you have exceeded the maxInstances limit.
  • Check Operation Logs for any abnormal startup records.

2. Proxy cannot connect

  • Confirm that the proxy address and port are correct.
  • Test whether the proxy credentials are valid (you can run a test in the proxy management page).
  • Check whether any firewall or network policy is blocking the connection.

3. Fingerprint incompatible with target website causing abnormal behavior

  • First reproduce the issue in a test environment and adjust the fingerprint template.
  • Temporarily switch to a more general fingerprint template for troubleshooting.
  • Check whether the extension list contains any extensions that may affect rendering or requests.

4. How to restore instances from the recycle bin

  • In the recycle bin, find the corresponding instance and click "Restore". The system will attempt to restore it and verify data consistency.
