In the “Security email” card, you can see:

  • Status
    • Bound: Green/success icon, means an email is bound.

💡 Suggestions:

  • Use a long-term, personal email you control.
  • Avoid shared or throwaway addresses to reduce security risk.

🔐 Login Password (Set / Change)

The login password is used for account login and sensitive operations. Change it regularly for better security.

Status

In the “Login password” card:

  • Status
    • Set: A password exists.
    • Not set: Recommended to set one to log in with username + password.

    • When set: “For your account security, please change your password regularly.”
    • When not set: “Please set a password to log in with your account.”

Set or change password

Step 1 | Open password dialog
Click:

  • “Set” if there is no password.
  • “Change” if already set.

Step 2 | Fill fields
In the dialog, follow the prompts:

  • Old password (if already set).
  • New password.
  • Confirm new password.

Step 3 | Confirm
After submission, the system checks strength and consistency and returns success or error.
On success, the new password is required for future logins.

Password recommendations:

  • Use a long, complex password (numbers + letters + symbols).
  • Avoid reusing the exact same password across multiple systems.

🏢 Organization & Roles

In the account info list you also see read-only fields related to organization and permissions:

  • Organization

    • If the account belongs to an enterprise/team, its name appears here.
    • Configured by admins or system; regular users cannot change it.
  • Roles

    • Shows current roles in the system, for example Admin, Member.
    • Roles determine which features you can access.
    • To change roles, contact an enterprise admin.

🔒 Security Tips

  • Bind a security email as soon as possible for password recovery and alerts.
  • Use strong passwords and rotate them regularly (for example every 90 days).
  • If the system supports extra security options (MFA, SSO, etc.), enable them in the relevant settings page to further protect your account.

For more enterprise-level security features (MFA, API keys, notification channels, etc.), refer to the enterprise security guide or contact your admin.
