📈 Promotion Plan

The Promotion Plan module manages your referral codes, cashback earnings, and referred users. It acts as an operations hub for “acquisition + revenue share”.

In one sentence

This is not a marketing strategy wizard; it’s a dashboard that centralizes your referral earnings, invite codes, and referred users.

💰 Earnings overview & withdrawals

At the top of the Promotion Plan page you’ll see summary cards:

  • Withdrawable amount

    • Amount you can withdraw now (total cashback − already withdrawn).
    • Click the refresh icon to update in real time.
    • Click “Withdraw now” to enter the withdrawal flow (either a dedicated page or a dialog, depending on platform config).
  • Clicks

    • Number of times your promotion link was clicked.
    • Helps you evaluate exposure of each traffic channel.
  • Registrations

    • Number of users who registered via your promotion link.
    • Used to measure “click → register” conversion.
  • Paying users

    • Number of your referred users who made actual purchases.
    • A key driver of cashback value.
  • Total transaction amount

    • Total spending of all effective users under your account.
    • Usually tied to cashback calculation.
  • Withdrawn amount

    • Total amount you’ve already withdrawn.
    • Click “View withdrawal records” to open a dialog and see each withdrawal by time (payee, channel, amount, order ID, note, etc.).

💸 Withdrawal records

In the withdrawal records dialog, you can:

  • View each withdrawal chronologically.
  • See payee name, payout channel (Alipay, bank card, etc.), and amount.
  • Check order ID and note to help with reconciliation or customer support.

If anything looks wrong:

  • First compare with your payout account statement.
  • Then contact support, providing order ID and time to assist investigation.

🔑 Referral code & cashback rate

The middle section focuses on your referral code and cashback policy:

  • Referral code

    • Typically each account has one referral code.
    • Shown in a code box with a one-click copy button.
    • If there is no code, it shows “No referral code”; this usually means you need to meet some conditions or contact ops to enable it.
  • Cashback rate

    • The cashback rate linked to your code is shown next to the code title.
    • Usually a percentage, such as “Cashback: 10%”.
    • A note like “Contact support for higher rates” indicates it can be negotiated.

Typical usage:

  • Send your code to friends and ask them to enter it at registration.
  • Or combine it with referral links where attribution is automatic.

Below the referral code you’ll find links and banner creatives for websites, blogs, forums, ads, etc.

  • When you have a referral code, the system generates a URL with parameters.
  • The URL is shown in a code box with one-click copy.
  • If no link is generated yet, it shows “No promotion link”.

Suggestions:

  • Paste this URL directly on social media, blogs, forums, and video descriptions.
  • Use this URL as the landing page in ad platforms so attribution and tracking work correctly.

🖼 Banners & embed code

On the right, you see optional banner sizes and embed code:

  • Banner sizes:

    • 630×330
    • 728×90
    • 160×600
  • Switching size updates the preview image.

  • The embed code below is a prebuilt HTML snippet that already includes your promotion link.

Common use:

  • Embed the HTML snippet into your site or blog sidebar to show a clickable banner.
  • Use it in ad slots or affiliate placements that accept HTML so tracking and attribution stay accurate.

Note

If you modify the link or parameters inside the embed code, tracking may break and cashback might not be calculated correctly. Change with care.

👥 Referred users & performance tracking

At the bottom, the “Referred Users” table shows:

  • User nickname.
  • Total transaction amount per user (often highlighted with a tag).
  • Registration time.

With pagination, it helps you:

  • Identify high-value users (higher transaction amount).
  • Analyze registration and payment patterns over time.
  • Provide targeted support or special treatment to important partners.

Operational tips:

  • Consider giving extra support to high-value users through other channels.
  • If you see many new registrations but low transaction amounts, optimize landing pages and onboarding to increase conversion.

🧭 How to run a promotion loop

  • Step 1: Enable promotion

    • Confirm you have promotion access (referral code and cashback rate visible).
    • If not, contact support as indicated on the page.
  • Step 2: Choose promotion channels

    • Small-scale test: share the link or code in friend circles, groups, and close networks.
    • Long-term: add links or banners to your site, blog, videos, and official accounts.
  • Step 3: Monitor metrics

    • Regularly review clicks, registrations, paying users, and total transaction amount.
    • Track withdrawable amount and withdrawals to ensure earnings are correct.
  • Step 4: Optimize based on data

    • High clicks but low registrations → improve landing copy and design.
    • Many registrations but few purchases → refine product messaging and onboarding flow.
    • High-value users from one channel → invest more in that channel.

With the Promotion Plan page, you can manage the full loop of “acquisition → tracking → earnings → withdrawals” in one place, making promotion measurable and manageable.
