Billing Guide
Explains plans, window limits, usage counts, team members, wallet balance, recharge, and payment records. Helps admins and finance understand costs and configure resources properly. Function-only description, not about specific prices or contract terms.
📌 Key Highlights
- Billing-related pages focus on three areas: Plans and window count, Wallet balance and recharge, and Transaction and order records.
- Daily operations focus on two red lines:
- Whether windows/today’s open count is close to the limit.
- Whether wallet balance can cover upcoming renewals and new purchases.
- Any amount change can be found in Wallet change records, and the corresponding recharge order can be found in Payment order records.
🧭 Overview
- Plan (Package): Defines available windows, daily create/open limits, and subscription duration.
- Window count and usage: Shows remaining windows, today’s open count, and limits.
- Team member count: Shows current team size to estimate usage scale.
- Wallet balance: Used to pay for plans and other services, supports recharge and multiple payment methods.
- Payment order records: View each recharge/payment order and its status.
- Wallet change records: View every increase/decrease of balance (recharge, plan purchase, member purchase, etc.).
Entry: Billing page. The top shows current service cards and stats, the right side shows the wallet card, and below are transaction lists and payment order dialogs.
📦 Plans and Windows
Plan contents
- Plan name: Distinguishes tiers (free, basic, advanced, etc.).
- Window count: Total available windows in the current plan (can be understood as max concurrent browser environments).
- Subscription duration: Billed monthly, half-yearly, yearly, etc., with possible discounts.
- Expiry time: Expiration date of the current plan. Watch it in advance to avoid interruption.
- Daily limits: Some plans limit daily window creation and daily window open count.
Window statistics
- Window count:
- Displayed as “Available windows / Total windows”.
- When available windows are close to 0, consider upgrading the plan or freeing unused environments.
- Today’s open count:
- Displayed as “Opened today / Daily limit”.
- After exceeding the limit, you may not be able to open new windows that day.
View plan details
- In the “Current Service” card, click “View plan details” to see:
- Window count of each plan item.
- Daily usage (today’s open count / daily limit).
- Remaining days (days left before expiration).
💡 Suggestions:
- Watch “Remaining days” and “Today’s open count” when they are close to their limits to avoid restrictions during business peaks.
- When multiple plans stack, use the summary info to see total windows and earliest expiration.
👥 Team Member Count
- Shows total team members.
- Use cases:
- Helps estimate how many windows each member can get.
- Helps plan future team expansion and plan upgrades.
💡 Suggestion:
- When member count keeps growing while windows stay the same, check whether average resources are sufficient and adjust plans in time.
💰 Wallet and Recharge
Wallet balance card
- Current available balance (USD): Amount you can directly use to pay for plans and services.
- Actual credited amount: Amount credited to the wallet after deducting fees for this recharge.
- Balance after recharge: Current balance + actual credited amount.
- Fee description: If the payment method charges fees, fee rates or fixed fees are shown.
Recharge flow
- Choose recharge amount:
- You can select from recommended amounts or enter a custom value.
- The system calculates fee and actual credited amount in real time.
- Choose payment method:
- Different methods may have different fee policies or fee-free options.
- Confirm order:
- In “Order details”, review recharge amount, fee, and actual credited amount.
- Complete payment:
- After payment, wallet balance updates.
- If payment fails or times out, go to payment order records for details and possibly re-initiate payment (if supported).
💡 Suggestions:
- Use payment methods with lower or no fees to maximize actual credited amount.
- For large recharges, do a small test recharge first to verify flow and crediting.
🧾 Payment Order Records
- Shows every payment order related to recharges, including:
- Order ID, creation time, payment method, amount.
- Order status (pending, processing, success, failed, cancelled, expired, etc.).
- Expiration time (for judging whether the payment link is about to expire or has expired).
- Actions:
- For unexpired pending/failed orders: You can re-initiate payment.
- For near-expiry orders: The UI may warn and suggest handling them quickly.
💡 Suggestions:
- Check payment order records regularly to ensure all recharges have been credited successfully.
- Avoid keeping too many long-standing pending orders to reduce confusion.
💹 Wallet Change Records (Transaction Log)
- Main list shows each balance change, for example:
- Recharge: Recharge from external payment channels into the wallet.
- Plan purchase: Plan payments using wallet balance.
- Member purchase: Purchase of additional member seats or related services.
- Other changes: System adjustments, promotional credits, or special operations.
- Each record includes:
- Change type (recharge/plan purchase/member purchase/other).
- Amount (positive for increase, negative for deduction).
- Status (pending/success/failed).
- Time and a short note.
💡 Uses:
- Helps admins or finance track where “every cent” goes for self-check and reconciliation.
- Helps identify reasons behind abnormal increases or decreases of balance.
🛒 Plan Purchase and Renewal
Plan purchase
- Select plan tier:
- Free: For trial or small-scale usage, with basic windows and daily limits.
- Paid: Differentiated by window count; more windows cost more overall but reduce per-window price.
- Set window count:
- Choose target windows via slider/input. The system shows price range and per-window price.
- Choose subscription duration:
- Monthly, half-yearly, yearly, etc. Longer durations often have discounts.
- View plan details:
- Window count, daily create/open limits, duration, discount level, etc.
- Confirm and pay:
- Use wallet balance to pay. If balance is insufficient, you are asked to recharge first.
Renewal and upgrade
- When the plan is close to expiry, use the “Renew” entry to extend the current plan.
- When windows are not enough, buy additional plans or upgrade to a higher tier.
💡 Suggestions:
- Estimate reasonable window count and daily limits based on team size and workload.
- Prefer longer-term plans to enjoy better discounts and avoid frequent renewals.
🧱 Common Operation Step Cards
🌟 Recharge and pay for a plan
- Step 1: Open the Billing page and check “Current available balance”.
- Step 2: If balance is insufficient, click “Recharge”, choose amount and payment method, and complete payment.
- Step 3: Return to Billing, choose an appropriate plan and window count, and review plan details.
- Step 4: Use wallet balance to pay for the plan and confirm the deduction.
- Step 5: In “Wallet change records” and “Payment order records”, verify amount and status.
🪟 Monitor window usage
- Open the top stats cards in Billing to view “Window count” and “Today’s open count”.
- When available windows are close to 0 or today’s open count is near the limit, consider upgrading plans or adjusting usage patterns.
📊 View transaction and payment records
- Wallet change records: View detailed balance changes and understand recharge and deduction sources.
- Payment order records: Check each recharge’s payment status and expiration.
⚠️ Common Issues and Suggestions
- Cannot pay because of insufficient balance
- When balance is insufficient, first go to Recharge to add enough funds.
- After recharge, return to plan purchase or renewal and pay again.
- Payment succeeded but balance not updated
- Refresh the balance card. If still incorrect, check status in payment order records.
- If status is “processing”, wait a bit. If it stays unchanged too long, contact support with the order ID.
- Plan expired but windows still in use
- Some environments may have a short grace period. Renew or adjust usage as soon as possible.
- Without renewal after expiry, you may not be able to create or open new windows.
- Daily open limit reached
- Wait for reset the next day or upgrade to a plan with a higher daily limit.
- Also check whether there is wasteful behavior such as “frequently open then immediately close”.
- Team growth causing resource pressure
- Upgrade to plans with more windows or higher daily limits.
- Distribute windows by department/project to avoid concentration on a few accounts.
